Access and users

These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website https://www.grupocodere.com/ (hereinafter, "the Website" or "the Portal") that Codere makes freely available to internet users (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use"). Access to the Website confers the condition of USER to the person who accesses it, and implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the USER of each and every one of the Conditions of Use in the version published by Codere at the moment the USER accesses the Website.

The use of certain services offered on the Website shall also be governed by the specific conditions provided in each case, which shall be understood to be accepted by the mere use of such services.

Modifications and updates

Codere reserves the right to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the provision, configuration, technical specifications, contents and services of the Website, at any time unilaterally and without prior notice to the USER.

It also reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time, as well as any other specific conditions contained on the Website that may be applicable.

Accessibility and conditions of use

The access, browsing, use, hosting and/or downloading of contents and/or use of the Website's services by the USER, in no case will be understood as a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial cession of the aforementioned rights by Codere or, if applicable, by the owner of the corresponding rights.

The unauthorized use of the information contained on the Website, as well as the infringement of Codere's intellectual or industrial property rights, may give rise to the legally established responsibilities.

Responsibilities and guarantees

The Website provides, directly or indirectly, links to other websites or content owned by third parties. The sole purpose of the presence of these links to third parties on the Website is to provide the USER with the possibility of complementing the information through these links.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

The relations established between Codere and the USER will be governed by the provisions of the regulations in force regarding the applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction. However, for those cases in which the regulations foresee the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, Codere and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, will submit any controversy and/or litigation to the knowledge of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spanish legislation being applicable.
