Codere Luxembourg 2 – Operating Group

The restructuring of Codere Group has involved a corporate reorganisation, through the creation of four companies in Luxembourg, called Codere New Topco S.A. , Codere New Midco Sàrl, Codere New Holdco S.A. and Codere Luxembourg 3 Sàrl.

The reorganization involves the execution of the pledge on the shares of Codere Luxembourg 2 S.à r.l. and the capitalization of a part of the BSS, for 95% of the issued share capital of the called New Topco, which will be the new holding company.
